Everything you need to know.
About ninety minutes, start to finish. Here is exactly how it goes, and how to prepare.
- 01
Arrive & screen
~15 minComplete a short health screening and talk through your goals and any questions. If screening shows HBOT isn't right for you, your payment is refunded.
- 02
Orientation
~10 minSee the chamber up close. Learn how pressurization feels, how to equalize your ears (like on a plane), and how the in-chamber call button works.
- 03
Your session
60 minSettle in. Pressure rises gradually, holds, then gradually returns to normal. Luca stays close by, and the call button reaches him anytime.
- 04
Debrief
~10 minTalk through how it felt and whether a session series, or nothing at all, makes sense. No pressure. Most people decide later.
Before you arrive.
A few simple rules keep every session safe and comfortable. We'll send these again with your booking confirmation.

- Cancel
- Give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a $50 late-cancellation fee.
Mostly, quiet.
As pressure increases you'll feel fullness in your ears, similar to descending in an airplane. Swallowing or yawning usually clears it. You control the pace. Tell us anytime and we'll pause.
Once at pressure, most guests describe the hour as calm and restful. As the chamber returns to normal pressure, your ears may pop again. Afterward, you can return to your day.
Begin with one visit.
Screening, orientation, sixty minutes in the chamber, and an honest conversation after. No package required.
